Relational Dhamma is a term that can be broken down in to it's two parts: "relational" is between self and others and "Dhamma" is another word for dharma, or the fundamental rules of reality.
In Relational Dhamma, we practice mindful dialogue as a vehicle for awakening together.
These practices are best in dyads / pairs. Hosted on Zoom, these practices begin with an opening meditation and then time for practices in pairs or small groups.
